Dakar 2026 New Rally Car Development
Enters Key Stages with Real-World Rally Testing

Issue #19:September 12, 2025

TLC will conduct development and real-world testing of its Dakar Rally 2026-spec rally car from Tuesday, September 16 to Friday, October 17, 2025.

To comply with the new regulations that will be applied from the next Dakar Rally, the 2026-spec rally car has undergone major upgrades, with a focus on its exterior and suspension system.

During the development test (September 16-17), TLC will be confirming the durability and reliability of updated components such as tires, brakes and suspension, aiming to maximize the potential of the new regulation car.

For the real-world testing, TLC will participate in two events in Morocco:
1. Baja Morocco (October 2-6)
2. Morocco Rally (October 10-17)
These events will enable us to thoroughly evaluate the performance of the new rally car, which has been fine-tuned since the development tests conducted in May.

For Baja Morocco, TLC will participate with one car driven by company employee Miura, with Polato. For the Morocco Rally, TLC will join with two cars: the Miura/Polato team and the French duo Basso/Menard.

Updates from the testing grounds will be shared via TLC’s official Instagram, so be sure to check our account for the latest news. And don’t forget to keep an eye on the performance of the new rally car!
